I have a space of about 80/40ft lying in front of our family house at Kwashieman Addy Junction, Great Garden Street, with two major street one to the left side, which is the Odorkor- Kwashieman main street and the other in front of the house, Great Garden Street. I am looking for someone who will use the land to build and operate big time restaurant or showroom there. The terms for the lease period is 15 years at Ghc 2000 per month, negotiable though Payment will be in 3 instalments of 5 years each, you pay the first 5 years and the remaining in 5 years intervals.
